Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled show, and we will be happy to do so. We sincerely appreciate the challenges your industry faces daily. With that in mind, we are glad to reschedule your show with a 72-hour notice. There are no refunds. We reserve the option to reschedule if we receive less than 48 hours notice. This short notice could result in a full charge and no reschedule. It will be based on each individual circumstance.
